Color picker and wallpaper app

Make it so that the color picker theme works with wallpaper changer apps. It doesn't seem to change the color based on what wallpaper I have right now and I tried a variety of wallpaper changers

I have the same issue. I've found that changing the theme to the default one before changing your wallpaper seems to work.
