I've had issues with Google pay but samsung pay is working for me. I've reported the Google pay issue.

I've been using Google pay, works fine on mine. Samsung pay doesn't work however.

Pretty much always issues with payment apps on beta software. Wouldn't expect it to work until stable is released

I've participated in multiple betas and Gpay usually never works until the stable version is released. Samsung pay works just fine as usual

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google Pay and other secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.
