While in the Contacts app, when you start scrolling, on the right side there was the alphabet. You could touch a letter and it would take you to those contacts. The bar is still there but the letters are gone. Kinda defeats the purpose of the bar. I tried to screen shot it, but the bar auto hides after a few seconds.

It's still there. You have to begin to scroll on the right and the letters appear. Let me know if this helps. Or did you mean you like to be able to see it regardless?
