I like the new quick panel overall (I have my gripes but am sure they will be sorted out with time) but it feels entirely disconnected from the notification panel. There is no continuity at all, and this needs to be rectified in my opinion. It's unnecessary complexity.
I feel like the time and date should still be at the very top rather than the carrier information. It adds an extra line by being below the carrier text and looks out of place. Maybe remove the carrier text from that location and either hide it in settings somewhere or only display it when the panel is fully expanded.
