Optimize OneUI 8(and it's core with launcher) to display proper and smooth experience for A series,same as S series. Also, drop this artificial restrictions in launcher, called SEC_FLOATING_FEATURE_LAUNCHER_CONFIG_ANIMATION_TYPE,which have LowestEnd,LowEnd and HighEnd values. I know, that A series will NOT be same as S series(like camera features,AI,connectivity etc),but you need to provide excellent basic experience across all user,like: app opening,smooth animations and transition,lag/shutter free OS for user,problemless wifi and bt connectivity etc. This SHOULD be cut from system once for all

In addition, i would like to say: cut from system old TouchWiz code,files,icons/pictures,etc. This can do OneUI 8 more lighter for phone to process it
