Custom App Notification Settings

Hi folks, 

If this already exists, can someone point me in the settings direction?

It'll be great to have the ability to set custom app notifications, for notifications only during certain time frames.

You have:
Setting>Apps>Special Access>Notification access

And

Settings>Notifications>App Notifications

See if either of thoughs give you what you are looking for.
