Default cover screen widget

I would like the option to setup conditional default widgets.

For example: if I have media playing then when I wake the cover screen it will already be on the media controls widget

YES, I have been wanting this since I got the phone! ESPECIALLY for music, maybe a setting for us to chose if while the song is playing we can have it show music solely, or not, and maybe even leave it as our always on display would be great
