Feature request!

I would like when we plug in a dead phone for it power up automatically instead of manually.

I have on a few occasions forgotten to turn on my phone causing me to miss texts and calls. 

There is no security issue enabling this feature, you still have to put in your pin to open the phone just like you do in a reboot.

I opt to have this implemented, but only auto boot at +5% so as to prevent battery degradation
