Allow banking apps such as Chase to use fingerprint sign in. Makes it easier and less of a hassle to remember passwords

My Chase Bank app uses my fingerprint to sign in....should be in your settings within the app.

My bank app allows it also.

Mine works also, click on the space where text is supposed to be entered & the fingerprint option should pop up, mine did.

I am currently unable to use fingerprint on the Chase Bank app, KeyBank app, and other financial apps. Those apps just throw an error or say to make sure I have the setting turned on within my phone settings and at least one fingerprint added. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling my apps along with deleting and re-adding my fingerprints on my phone, still no luck. Any other suggestions?
