Further Privacy Display Additions

I already posted about how the Privacy Display can be implemented into the notification center or on the now bar or live notification depending on if the app has been selected for privacy in settings. 

Doesn't make sense for bank notifications and text messages to pop up in privacy but entirely viewable in the notification center
