When I delete a photo always (by default) the system return to the previous picture, right? 

My suggestion is 

 If I am looking at the photos from the oldest to the most resentful, when I delete a photo the system follows the direction it was going.

at some point it was like that.

I think now I explained better ???

Ah I see what you're talking about. Yes very annoying but I usually just find the picture again.
