Games Mode for Video/Photo Editing (Creative Mode?)

I've always thought that video editing would benefit from the performance boost given to Games Mode. I think high resolution photo resolution editing could also be included. 

How about Creative Mode? 

I want to maximize power savings most of the time but have higher performance kick in when beneficial.
