need a hot fix asap for beta 4. There are extreme animation drops in all aspects of scrolling. No matter what app. It did not happen until phone was updated to beta 4 (this morning)

So weird. Mine is like legitimately awful. Anything with vertical scrolling.

I feel the lagginess and drops in frames big time. Beta 3 was smoother for me

Keep in mind ... everyone's phone is different, ie, apps, configuration, level of maintenance, preferences ...

So each person may have a different experience
