Have the dashboard show up complete in horizontal.

Currently the control panel is only shown complete without the need to scroll while the phone is vertical, Currently the control panel is only shown complete without the need to scroll while the phone is vertical, however, when the phone is horizontal the control panel is incomplete, as it does not use the entire screen. 

I suggest that the Edit, Turn Off and Config buttons be moved to one side vertically when the phone is horizontal, so take more advantage of the screen to display the entire panel.
