Here are some suggestions that could be useful for a lot of users and making the UI cleaner overall. 

- Allow vertically scrolling app drawer or vertically scrolling list app drawer (Nova Launcher)

- Allow us to rename apps and it changes the name in app drawer and on home screen 

- Allow us to have circle icons similar to how it is natively on Android 12 from Google (Pixel)

- Allow us to remove the search function on the app drawer if we don't use it

Yes, you can hide the Icon Text with Home Up from Good Lock but Home Up is not working right now with the One Ui 4 Beta.
