Can you actually scan them? When I added my vaccination card to Samsung Pay, I had to download a 3rd Party App called Common Health, which once connected to my Health Portal, imported the vaccination record electronically. It was really more work than it should have been.
That said Microsoft Lens does a nice job of scanning ID's and I have used that for DL, insurance cards, etc.
