I agree with you 100 percent. I've even sent an error to Samsung about it and said something about so I tell everyone that has a problem with it do the same thing. If enough people don't like it and tell Samsung maybe they will change it

I didn't even notice that the BT icon was missing when it is turned on. It seems is if you have two things turned on the BT icon shows for a split second and disappears. But if you turn off one of the items, in my case I turned off DND, turned on BT the icon showed up and remained on the screen even after I turned DND back on.
