Improve The Samsung Members App

So I am probably not the only one who has experienced this but since I didn't see any other posts on this when I searched I am going to speak up on it. 

Samsung, if you are going to have a beta to improve software, then the app with which we use to provide feedback as well as assist other beta users should not also be of beta quality. I just had to edit a post 6 times to get the pictures to upload in the correct order. I select them in the correct order and when they are uploaded to the app, they are just randomly assembled. 

The ability to report errors and feedback is good so long as the app allows it to submitted. I have had the app close mid feedback report and nothing was sent. I've had it crash even.
