Improve recent apps response

Whenever I enter the recent app screen while on the Home screen, the response is great and I can interact with apps as soon as my finger touches the app cards.

However, while using an application and entering the recent app screen, there is always input lag when interacting with the app cards or pressing the Close all button. I would like to see this improved upon in order to make the final build as seamless and smooth as possible.

Have not experienced this myself. Maybe try wiping cache through recovery.
