Improve the Screen Recorder

I still think the screen recorder needs improvement since sometimes it shows a bit of stutter.

Maybe have an option to lock in 30fps as well 60fps instead of the adaptive one that is currently being used.

Or to have all 3 as an option adaptive, 30fps and 60fps.
