Individual Notification Categories

Please bring back the ability to fully manage individual notification categories on apps. You used to be able to set a specific category to ignore do not disturb settings.

I believe since UI 5.0 came out, you could no longer do this. I have apps where I'd like to hear from certain notification groups. At this time you're forced to either allow the entire app around DND, or not at all.
