I suggest for each individual app, there should be an option to blacklist movile data usage/ wifi usage. Or we should have a option that which app should use wifi, mobile, or both.
Like if I want to restric youtube from accessing the mobile data, or I want to remove internet access from Whatsapp, i should be able to do so from App info page
