Hello! As of all OneUI 5 beta versions including the latest one (ZVIH), there is a short loading animation when you hold text on an image in the stock Gallery app. This loading animation is very brief, and could be removed from S21 and S22 series to make it seem more seamless like on iPhone (users need to wait anyways while holding something).
