Ok so I was reading this while editing my lock screen and noticed something funny. It suggested you put in your phone number or email so you can be contacted in case you lose your phone. Wouldn't it be smarter to suggest an ALTERNATE phone number? How can someone call your phone number and tell you they found your phone if the number they call...IS YOUR ACTUAL PHONE!?
I did this awhile ago and thought hmmm...that's kinda not to bright so I put in my wifes phone number so that if I lost my phone...I could actually get a call letting me know.
99% of phones arent returned, but every once in a while some good person calls you, I've lost a few back in my nextel days but never seen those phones again, its not hard for someone to find the owner of a phone, thats what contacts are for
I'm sorry, but I don't keep my phone unlocked. So how is someone supposed to access my contacts? Not sure where you live, but where I do, ppl return or post lost things on social media. And I feel like you're missing the point
Not everyone uses a lock code, but again doesn't matter, you loose that phone, chances are, it becomes a parts phone ect, so your phone number doesn't mean jack
