Lock home screen layout

When this is turned on, I cannot add or remove any widgets to or from the home screen including stacking them. 

Please gray out " Create stack" option just like "Remove". 

Don't let users go to widgets page and then tell them that they cannot stack it because "the home screen layout is locked".

Ok I'm confused. I use this feature to prevent any of my apps accidentally getting removed. I remove it only to change things up

If I'm understanding correctly, he's just pointing out that the button should be greyed out when home screen is locked

Ok. I figured I would try to see if there were any bugs. I understand. I like to read these post and see if my phone comes across any problems
