I would like to see an animation when locking and unlocking the phone similar to how pixel devices look with Android 12 where the screen fades in and out from the power button.
I can't remember which galaxy phone it was, but it had a cool fade to black type of effect. It was very minimal and brief, but definitely noticeable and a nice little touch.
