This has been in the notification bar since updating to 2nd beta this morning I have reset my s21 and went from wifi to data and it is still there sorry I am on tmobile

Hard press on the notification and then it gives option to turn off notifications.

You can force quit the carrier hub app (it's a system app) to get rid of this notification.
