I am sharing a UI consistency opportunity when multiple media players are active.

For this example, I have three players open โ€” Sonos, YouTube, and YouTube Music.

All three players the same content for this example, but in real usage these would almost always be different sessions. Only one can play audio at a time, but all three remain active and available.

I understand that Live Notifications is intentionally limited to the currently active player. That behavior is expected.

However, the inconsistency appears when comparing how the other surfaces handle the same set of active players:

- Lock screen โ†’ shows all 3 players
- Quick Panel โ†’ shows only 2
- Live notification โ†’ shows only the active 1

When multiple players are active, this creates a fragmented experience.

A more unified approach, where all surfaces consistently expose all active players, would make switching sessions smoother, and give users a clearer mental model of whatโ€™s running.

This is a small change, but it would meaningfully improve media management across the system.

Screenshots included to illustrate the current behavior.
