The option to block the sender in the messages app is no longer present in Android 12. Please add it again.

You can block a phone number that's not in your contacts. But you're right, there's not an option in Messages to block a sender who is a contact!

You should be able to block even an contact by adding number of the contact. If you haven’t already, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
