Motion/Sports mode in Camera App

For years, users and reviewers have complained about the difficulty of taking images of anything that moves when using the normal Photo mode.

Add back the olds Sports Mode, or whatever you call it.

Alternately, provide a setting that sets priority to shutter speed over other settings.
