My quick suggestion on this are to put the music player appear on the upper screen of the quick settings panel instead of the bottom or middle. This way there's left i guess finger or thumb reach when on the panel. For the notification panel the music player can be on the bottom cause it kinda makes sense there. Quick settings need to be more prioritized.

But if you tap the pencil icon and press and hold the different sections, you can move them around. Just move the Media Player where it's comfortable for you.
