There are some features of Microsoft Launcher that stop me from using OneUI for my default. The primary one is the subgrid on the home screens. This should be a no brainer. Another is there is no "priority/recent" panel on top of the app drawer (I have no use for that panel). Another is that in the app drawer, when you sort alphabetically, MS Launcher has an alpha jumplist, making it much faster to get to specific spot in the apps.

Samsung is not likely to implement MS Launcher design. Just stay with MS Launcher. It works great!
I've been using it for about a year. Nova Launcher prior for many years. Have not used One UI Launcher like ever.
It is way behind the two mentioned and third party launchers in general. The great thing about Android is you have choices.
