Need to remove the ability for apps to be interacted with during swipe up.

When swiping up from bottom using gestures to go to the task changer, apps can still be interacted with. If in Messages and typing a message and switching over to the browser to look something up, it will detect me as swiping on the keyboard and enter random text. You can test by swiping up to go to the Task Changer and not letting go and apps can still scroll. Super annoying. I appreciate that's it's non-linear animations but the second you start swiping up, it should not allow interaction with the app itself so you don't interact with it. Just my two cents.

It's insanely annoying. I honestly think it's why the swipe up animation is so janky because it's still trying to let us use the app that we are trying to close/put in task manager.
