New design toggle consistency

I know this is a new design but please make the toggle in off position more consistent.

1. Most of the toggle in off position has this "ring" around white button, but there is no ring if the toggle is in on position and in Location setting.

2. Also, please make sure that spacing between vertical line and toggle is consistent
