I too just saw this recently, right after the Sept patch. I'm pretty sure it has to be influenced by the GOOD LOCK app and the fact it doesn't work
What I mean is most of mine say congratulations for updating. Even Good Guardians has issues. It doesn't allow you to speed up anything. No App Boost
