Notifications and Quick Panel

Please make the notification panel one handed friendly. Kinda violates the whole OneUI ethos when notifications are stacked all the way at the top of the screen. Please bring it a bit closer to the bottom or middle of the screen. Quick panel could benefit from this as well.
