What are you talking about? Because that's already a feature. You pick your floating apps, minimize them, then stack and group them. you need to be more specific. It sounds like you are asking for the pin feature to be activated like on the Tab S7 where you pin the apps edge panel and have access all apps in floating or split mode at all times. Could be grid view recent menu like dex and goodlock. I really don't know, please elaborate.
