Currently, persistent/ongoing notifications are the same size as all other notifications. Because of this, I end up having persistent notifications taking up a huge amount of space on my notification panel.
Additionally, since there's no difference in the 2 visually, I end up swiping those away regularly.
Please either shrink persistent notifications (like they displayed previously), or maybe even move persistent notifications over to the quick settings page (personally I think that makes the most sense)
