Phone app UI consistency

Video call icon in the phone app should be mafe consistent with call, message, and information icon.

That's on Google, not Samsung. Samsung doesn't have a native video call app so it has to be Meet as the option to video call hence the app icon discrepancy.

Not true... Message app on my phone is also Google's and that is consistent with the UI even though actual Google Message app icon is different in color and shape.

So Google and Samsung have been working together to make a custom version of GMessages, hence the app icon. Samsung doesn't have an icon for video calling because like i said prior, they dont have a native video calling app, so its going to show Google's Meet.

It's not impossible to show icons inside phone app in monochrome colors. Samsung just doesn't have consistent UI. Even good lock app UI isn't consistent specially settings. For example toggle buttons in system settings vs good lock app settings are completely different in shape and color which is totally lack of efforts and attention to details by developers.

And like userM2N said, you are blaming Samsung for something Samsung doesn't have control over

Google messages on the Galaxy s22 forward is a modified version by Samsung thus Samsung can modify it. Samsung and Google are not collaborating on Google Meet so Samsung doesn't modify their app. To prove my point on Google messages being a collaboration this a screenshot of the build number

Regarding GoodLock, GoodLuck like Google Meet is not operated by Samsung as they are a 3rd party application.
