Power Saving x Refresh Rate

I would love to be able to use 120 or 96 hz with powerr saving mode.

Something I'm just browsing or watching videos and I dont need all the background activity, just the high refresh rate.

I remember I think with the s21 or s20 they had a trick to stay on 120 hz plus have power saving mode still now..worked like a charm
