When the battery is charged up to 85 percent with Protect Battery enabled, the system should have a persistent notification to unplug the cable. Currently it doesn't say anything other than charging paused- of which it didn't even tell me this time how odd.. anyway!

Yea I saw and enabled a pre-made bixby routine that let's you know charging is done.
