Quick Settings Toggle Button

With previous version, OneUI 5.x, pressing the text below a quick setting (say, Camera Access) would bring up a toggle button for fast switching.

Now, it only opens up the main Setting page, and requires many more clicks to toggle the same setting. 

Please revert this behavior.
