Quick Share isn't working

I tried sharing a URL with another phone. It would not transfer via browser or QR code. Feedback with logs has already been sent.

Quick share is working on my end on the S23U with QR code to my iPad Pro.

Glad it's working for you. It's not working for me trying to share with my OnePlus 13. Quick Share was flawless on One UI 7.
