QuickShare has introduced a interface through which files can be received from anyone sharing nearby. However, this only can be opened if we hit share something with QuickShare. 

There should be an option to launch this Receiver window  either from a app icon or from the QuickSettings panel.

QuickShare toggle in Qucik Panel does it. I'm not sure if it was in Beta1. In Beta 2, I can find it.
