Refresh rate slider instead of modes

After writing this other post about Power Saving Mode, I have an observation:

Power Saving Mode currently sets refresh rate mode to Standard. Standard is not "capped" at 60Hz, but is FIXED at 60Hz. Hypothetically, you could save more power on Adaptive (which goes down to 24Hz) than on Standard (which is constantly at 60Hz without ever dropping below that).

That said, in my opinion they should get out of the logic of "two modes: Adaptive and Standard" and instead implement a "slider" that allows you to adjust the maximum refresh rate. In this case you could limit the refresh rate to 60Hz while still benefiting from the variable refresh rate down to 24Hz.

Something like this:

With this implementation, users would even have the choice to keep 120Hz on Power Saving Mode.
