Remove blur completely through Accessibility

I absolutely love having the option to remove the UI blur through Accessibility > Visibility enhancements > Reduce transparency and blur.

However, one of the few things that remain with a blur background are the app popups (when press and holding on an app) and it's quite visually annoying and ugly. I love solid backgrounds and semi-opec backgrounds, and absolutely hate the blur.

Please, Samsung, give these popups a solid background! Remove the blur!
