What happened to the ability to enable RCS chat features in Samsung Messages?

Nothing, at least on my device. S22 Ultra on T-Mobile and RCS is working great.

I know in Google messages you have to disable and enable sim to get it to connect. And if you restart phone you have to do ut again or it will just continue to say connecting

I have seen that, but I don't have any issues with it, am I just lucky, possibly

I've even restarted my phone and went back into settings and still says Connected
