Can the weather be upgraded with more features like other weather apps? A 30 minute refresh would be a nice start, instead of the one hour minimum.

Can you get back on the beta if you have withdrawn from it?

I don't think you can. The same thing happens when you automatically get upgraded to the stable version. At that point your beta access goes away.
