Screen scrolling issue

While I am in settings and scrolling up and down there is a a stutter or screen tearing. Can we address this hopefully in the final build?

Working fine. Restart your phone and see if that fixes it.

Try wiping your cache partition also.

Power off the device

When you go to power back on, press and hold both the volume up + power key until the Samsung logo appears.

Read the entire menu..

Select select "wipe cache partition,"

Confirm the selection

Reboot using the first option in the menu.

The phone will restart.. Enjoy
