Scrolling "Notification settings" button

Is there a way that this button can be stationary? As I find it a bit distracting.

I've also found that after a few revolutions, it stays put while cutting off the "s" at the end:

I asked the same in the beta for OneUI7 too!
A static button or even better an icon representing notification settings that takes up less space would be ideal.
